Our free return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received: unwashed and unused. It must also be in resell-able condition, which must include the original packaging.

There are a few rules major rules for taking care of Silk: 

Wrinkles: Remove minor wrinkles by hanging overnight. For tough wrinkles, turn inside out, dampen the item, and iron on the lowest setting. 

Detergents: NEVER use bleach, laundry pods, or stain-fighting detergents! They are highly damaging to silk. Instead, only use specialized delicate detergents.  

Washing: Treat silk like other delicate garments - hand wash in lukewarm water or machine wash cold on the delicate cycle.  

Drying: Silk is strong when dry but weak while wet - tumble dry low or, even better, air dry. Never wring it!
